Qu Daokui: the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has always been a long-standing problem. The previous models such as industry, University and research have not achieved good results, mainly due to the three aspects of and excellent durability

first, whether the results have the conditions for transformation is an internal cause. How can the seeds that cannot sprout themselves be transformed? At present, many achievements are divorced from reality, and such conditions are not available in terms of maturity, progressiveness, market pertinence, etc. To solve the problem of seeds, we need to reform the current scientific research system, do not groan without illness, control low-level repetition, and make changes from the source of research and development
