Qu Daokui: the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has always been a long-standing problem. The previous models such as industry, University and research have not achieved good results, mainly due to the three aspects of and excellent durability

first, whether the results have the conditions for transformation is an internal cause. How can the seeds that cannot sprout themselves be transformed?
