post press processing technology, also known as post press technology. Strictly speaking, post printing technology is not a technology, it can only be called a method, but in terms of anti-counterfeiting packaging, due to the different printing positions, it will directly affect the anti-counterfeiting effect. Therefore, the author believes that post printing (anti-counterfeiting) is a technology of special significance, because traditional printing will provide opportunities for counterfeiters due to poor management. Secondly, it can not inhibit the activities of outlaws from the economic aspect, and then printing technology just solves the above two problems

after the completion of the printing carrier, it is often necessary to design the post printing processing technology (i.e. the post finishing project of finishing technology) according to its object, such as the paper container plus the first test point without tooling or book binding or surface processing. In the finishing technology of paper containers, composite coating, hot stamping, polishing and molding are usually used. The following is a brief description of this commonly used process

1. film covering. Before laminating, the quality of the finished paper prints should be strictly checked - because whether the surface of the film is flat and clean, the softness and hardness, the smoothness of the edge, the drying speed, the residual amount of solvent, the precision, strength and laminating machine speed of powder spraying and composite board will directly affect the laminating quality of paper products (such as bubbles and wrinkles)

2. Pad printing. Although second only to hot stamping, it is favored by the printing industry because of its low material cost, batch continuous production, one-time rotary transfer printing and slitting, and less waste edges. Intaglio pad printing equipment made in Taiwan mostly uses acrylic resin as binder, adding gold, silver powder, etc., and directly uses rotary intaglio to print the ink on the pet mold first, and then randomly transfer it to the substrate. The emergence of this technology, first, is much lower than the hot stamping cost, and second, it can operate continuously by mechanical rotation, but it is better than the relief transfer effect, and slightly less than the hot stamping effect

3. Silk screen printing. This method is mainly to print UV ink or transparent ink directly on gold card paper or silver card paper (generally, cigarette and wine box packaging have been used in recent years). Often used as part of the decoration manual or rotary silk printing. Because the thickness of silk screen ink film is 1 ~ 2 times that of gravure pad printing, some units still use copper zinc plate on anodized hot stamping technology. Some also use varnish or inking oil to print Spring Festival couplets, and then paste the anodized surface flat with the surface, press on the flat plate, and uncover it after the varnish or inking oil is completely dry, which presents a hot stamping quality almost the same as that of hot stamping
